I am writing to thank you for your prompt attention in installing the two new gas fireplaces and marble surrounds last week.
In particular, your installation operatives were polite, efficient and extremely professional and they have made an excellent job of installing the fires and the additional work that was also required.
As you will understand, being a Guest House, it is very important that any such work is carried out with the minimum o noise, disruption and mess and I am pleased to say that this was certainly the case throughout the installation process.
