It is a ‘balanced flue’ gas fire. This system, which was originally developed by DRU, enables the fire to be installed without the need for a conventional chimney. It also features the patented DRU Vario Burner System®, which provides an authentic flame pattern close to that of real log fire, underpinned by a beautiful glow all around the hearth.
Saxo Slimline is operated by remote control, which includes a room temperature display. Heat resistant false chimneybreasts can be supplied if required. There is also the option of the exclusive DRU ‘Lux’ Lighting Kit, which extends the warm glow of the fire right up to the ceiling
